Below is the letter we sent to our clients. We are making it public because we want you to know that we get it and we feel you. We are family and the Insurefit RM family is here for you.
Letter to Clients
Globally we are living in a world that feels different than yesterday and
may look different tomorrow. The COVID-19 outbreak is creating an environment of uncertainty
and confusion. We assure you that we are here to help.
In this time of forced physical isolation, we are using a combination of remote working and social distancing in the office. If a Shelter in Place order goes into effect, we are fully equipped to work from our home offices. We have the same capabilities to work remotely as we have in the office.
There is a hiatus on in-office visits until April 20th. Phone, email, and text messaging are the preferred methods of communication. Programs like Zoom and Facetime can be used as well. We will let you know if the hiatus is extended. Please stay tuned to our website and social media.
